Headquartered in Sacramento, the successful candidate will have experience in managing an internal accounting and administrative team, ensuring compliance with both internal and external policies and procedures, bringing creative and visionary leadership to financial planning, human resources, Information technology and Data Management.
Candidate must have at least 10 years of leadership and accounting experience in the healthcare and preferably in Managed care area with an emphasis on contract and utilization management, data and planning as well as servicing GAAP accounting standards. Prior experience in dealing with external audit staff as well as regulatory audit requirements is a plus. Ten Years minimum of Senior Team leadership required. College degree required with a Masters or CPA in Accounting or Finance preferred. Salary based on experience, competitive benefits package available.
