A well established and growing Pasadena CPA firm seeks highly motivated CPAs to fill available position as senior tax accountant. The firm services Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts, Estates and Individuals. The tax department specializes in small to medium sized businesses and the relevant tax advice surrounding the owners and their entities.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
· Prepare, supervise, and review tax return preparation and planning engagements
· Resolve routine to complex accounting and tax problems
· Communicate directly with taxing authority representatives
· Interact with clients via meetings, telephone, letters and email
· Recommend billing to supervisor, manager, or partner on engagement
Desired Skills and Experience:
Required -
· Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California
· At least three years’ experience in the tax arena of public accounting
· Proficient at tax research
· Familiar with pertinent sections of the IRC and regulations
· Able to operate in a paperless workplace and strong computer skills
Preferred -
· Applicants should be proactive and client service oriented
· Expectation of effective communication skills and professionalism
