Elk Grove Resident Elected President of CalCPA Sacramento
Patrick D. Rogan, CPA, of Elk Grove has been elected president of the Sacramento chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) for 2009 – 10. Rogan succeeds David R. Motes, CPA, of Carmichael.
The CalCPA Sacramento Chapter serves more than 2,300 members in Alpine, Amador, Sacramento and Solano counties. They provide broad range of services — from business consulting and personal financial planning to tax and estate planning.
Rogan is an accounting professor at Consumnes River College in Sacramento. He also is a sole practitioner in Elk Grove. Rogan specializes in small business tax preparation, accounting and consulting as well as accounting technology systems implementation.
Rogan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and an MBA with a specialization in technology management from National University.
Joining Rogan on the board of the CalCPA Sacramento chapter are David R. Chavez (vice president) of Rossmann MacDonald & Benetti, Sacramento; and Anjela V. Dyatlov (secretary/treasurer) of Moss Adams, Rancho Cordova.
