Discount Program Policies

VP Unlimited, VP80 and VP24

  • VP membership is an individual membership. ID may be required at event check-in. If a firm or organization pays for an employee's VP membership, and prior to use, the employee leaves the firm, the VP membership may be transferred to another employee at the purchasing firm.
  • VP Membership fee is non-refundable. All sales are final. 
  • For paperless programs that have a standard issue ebook, a $25 fee will be charged whenever the registrant opts for printed course/conference materials. The $25 charge per book is not included in VP membership.
  • 2013–14 VP Unlimited membership is valid for programs offered May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014 and includes an unlimited number of hours of live and webcast CPE events.
  • 2013–14 VP80 membership is valid for programs offered May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014 and includes up to 80 hours of live events, webcast and online courses.
  • 2013–14 VP24 membership is valid for programs offered May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014 and includes up to 24 hours of live CPE, as well as webcasts and online courses.
  • VP80 and VP24 members receive discounts on reference materials and self-study courses.
  • VP members who reach their limit in hours of live CPE and webcasts, will be charged the full member/nonmember price for additional CPE hours.
  • All VP members must register in advance for all programs. No walk-ins are allowed. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • VP members who pick up materials on-site without attending the event will have the corresponding number of CPE hours deducted from their VP without any credit being granted.
  • VP Unlimited—No-shows will be charged the full member/nonmember fee for the event
  • VP80—No-shows will have the number of registered CPE hours deducted from their VP80 credit.
  • VP 24—No-shows will have the number of registered CPE hours deducted from their VP24 credit

Coupons

  • Coupons are fully transferable.
  • Coupon sales are nonrefundable. All sales are final. 
  • Coupons are valid for live events and webcasts one year from date of purchase (eg, Coupon purchased Feb. 1, 2013, expires Feb. 1, 2014.)
  • Each coupon is good for up to 8 hours of CPE (live courses, conferences or webcasts).
  • Coupons can not be used for an event that is scheduled beyond the expiration date of the coupon. (e.g., Coupons purchased Feb. 1, 2013 must be used for events scheduled no later than Feb. 1, 2014.)
  • Coupon users must register in advance for all classes and webcasts. No walk-ins are allowed. Registration is on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. 
  • Coupon users who pick up materials on-site without attending the event will forfeit the coupon used to register without any credit being granted. 
  • Coupon users—No-shows will forfeit the coupon used to register.

elearning Pass

  • An elearning pass is nontransferable, except if a firm or organization pays for an employees elearning pass, and prior to use, the employee leaves the firm/business, the elearning pass may be transferred to another employee at the purchasing firm/business.
  • All elearning pass sales are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
  • An elearning pass is valid for 40 hours of webcasts and online CPE one year from date of purchase (eg, purchased Feb. 1, 2013, expires Feb. 1, 2014). The elearning pass is nontransferable.
  • Elearning pass users must register in advance for all webcasts. Registration is on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. We encourage you to register at least three weeks before each event to help ensure you secure a seat.
  • Elearning pass— No-shows will have the number of registered webcast hours deducted.
