CPA Anthony Forestiere Elected President of CalCPA Fresno Chapter
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Anthony R. Forestiere, CPA, has been elected president of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) for 2006 – 07. Forestiere succeeds John Moffat, CPA.
Previously Forestiere served as the chapter’s vice president.
The CalCPA Fresno Chapter serves about 900 members in Fresno, Inyo, Tulare, Kings and Madera counties. They specialize in a broad range of services — from business consulting and personal financial planning to tax and estate planning.
Forestiere is vice president and chief financial officer for Spencer Enterprises, a residential real estate developer, which he joined in 2001. He is president of the Buchanan High School Quarterback Club and has been the chief financial officer for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of Central California.
Forestiere has a bachelor’s degree in business (accounting) and a master’s in taxation from CaliforniaStateUniversity, Fresno.
Joining Forestiere on the board of the CalCPA Fresno Chapter are Adrienne L. Cantrell (vice president) of Baker, Peterson & Franklin, Fresno; Denise M. Patterson (secretary) of CaliforniaStateUniversity, Fresno; and Sheryl M. Yardumian (treasurer) of Noell Agnew & Morse LLP, Fresno.
