Cancellations / Refunds
Education Foundation
If you need to cancel your registration, you must cancel three
business days prior to the event to receive a full refund. After that
time a refund will be given less a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds
will be given for no-shows.
For VP members and coupon users, a
$125 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less
than three business days prior to the event. All VP no-shows will have
8 hours of VP credit deducted for each day of instruction missed.
Coupon no-shows must surrender the coupon used to register.
• Webcasts—Cancellation
must be received three prior business days for a full refund. After
that time, for webcasts that are less than 8 hours, a $25 per hour
cancellation fee will apply, up to $125. All VP no-shows will have the
number of scheduled Webcast hours deducted. Coupon no-shows must
surrender the coupon used to register.
• Financial Leadership Forum Executive Education Courses—The
cancellation policies for Financial Leadership Forum’s Executive
Education programs are specific to each event. Please refer to the
program description for specific event details.

Unless otherwise noted in the event details, all cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. Cancellations can be made online, by calling customer services at (800) 922-5272 or your program associate.
Cancellations received less than 3 business days prior to the event will be charged the full member or nonmember price.
