Comprehensive Estate Planning Workshop (4091120C)

REGISTRATION STATUS: Online Registration for this event is closed. Please contact your Program Associate or Customer Services.

Effective estate planning requires not only knowledge of various tax regimes (income, gift, estate and GST), but also the ability to apply tax planning in the face of significant non-tax considerations, property taxation, the interpretation of estate planning documents, and implementation of post-death administration and funding. This program does not cover the basics. Greater knowledge and experience are assumed. This geared toward wealthy estates, not estates of moderate value.

Led by Keith Schiller, preeminent estate planning and compliance professionals will co-teach your unique advanced workshop, integrating updated estate planning and post-death administration in a practical, multi-disciplinary workshop. Each session will be co-presented by three leading practitioners working with a set of hypothetical problems. No two sessions will be identical since speakers and problem sets to be discussed will vary from program to program.

Pre-enrolled participants will be provided with internet access to review sample problems that will be discussed in the workshop.

The workshop faculty will vary among Keith Schiller, Mel Abraham, David Gaw, John Hartog, Michael Jones, Jacqueline Patterson and William Weintraub.
