Justin Miller is a senior director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. As a national wealth strategist, Justin works closely with portfolio managers and sales officers to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to clients and their families. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he was a senior vice president and managing director of a wealth management group at a large national bank where he worked closely with a team of experienced specialists to address the unique financial needs of wealthy families, senior corporate executives and closely-held business owners. Before that, Justin practiced as an attorney at a major law firm, advising high net worth clients regarding tax-effective estate and business succession planning, trust law and management and asset preservation.
Justin received a master of laws in taxation and a juris doctor from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a member of the Bar of the United States Tax Court and State Bar of California. He is also a member of the board of directors of the California Bar Foundation and a past member of the board of directors of the Constitutional Rights Foundation.
