focusing mainly in the areas of Cost Segregation, Research & Development Tax Credits, Green Energy
Tax Consulting, and Employment Tax Credit Consulting. We are an independent member of IGAF/Polaris
International with member firms and resources throughout the world.
We are currently seeking a merger or acquisition with other accounting firms in Southern California. The ideal
firm will have a well-established, successful practice focusing mainly in the areas of tax or audit with revenues
ranging from $500K to $4M.
