Entry level auditor / staff accountant

I am seeking an entry-level position with a CPA firm that would have opportunity for growth as well. I am reliable, responsible, self-motivated, organized, and flexible. I am skilled at and enjoy working with numbers, details, and record keeping. I am a serious and hard worker, I enjoy interfacing with clients, and I place a high priority on ethics and professionalism.

I completed a 15 month finance internship with the UC Santa Barbara Alumni Association when I gained valuable real world accounting experience. As an intern I had the opportunity to interact and work with people from various different professional levels which ranged from student to Executive director to Board member. My ability to prioritize tasks while working under tight deadlines enabled me to assist with the Association’s not-for-profit audit while being able to complete daily and month-end tasks, aid with an unforeseen revision of two of the Associations largest revenue generating programs, and train a new Finance intern.
