Overview:

Fisher Investments is a privately-held investment management firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area managing portfolios for high-net-worth private clients and some of the world's preeminent institutions.  We are presently seeking a highly talented individual to join our team as a Senior Accountant to support our growing and dynamic Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare schedules for annual audits, semi-annual reports, and quarterly reviews
• Maintain subsidiary general ledgers and serve as a liaison between the Finance Department and outside CPAs firms
• Prepare and analyze financial statements of international funds
• Work with the Finance team to implement diverse projects to support the firm’s long-term strategic goals
• Develop, implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Automate and improve existing processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.  CPA required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and database skills
• Excellent communication skills
• 3-5 years progressive accounting experience in both public and private sector
• Experience with an international money manager or similar financial services business
