Estate Planning Committee
The purpose of this committee is to foster the high quality of services provided by members of CalCPA in the field of estate planning, through advocacy, education and the provision of resources to Society members.
Mission
- The Committee will support CalCPA Government Relations Program by working with the Government Relations Division and Committee to identify, analyze, and track legislation and regulations related to estate planning.
- The Committee will endeavor to increase the awareness of the members of CalCPA and others as to the importance of estate planning.
- The Committee will provide a forum for the exchange of information among members of CalCPA. As an example, the Committee may provide technical assistance for estate planning questions with brief, unresearched responses.
