Phil was awarded his Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, majoring in management and accounting. While at the University of Pennsylvania, he also received a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political pcience from the College of Arts and Sciences. David L. Osburn, CCRA is the founder of Osburn & Associates, LLC, a business training and contract CFO firm that provides seminars, webinars and keynote speeches on topics such as banking/finance/credit, negotiations, marketing and management. His contract CFO clients’ include medical practitioners, real estate developers and financial institutions. His extensive professional background of 30 years includes 16 years in banking (commercial lending including loan underwriting, collections, management and customer development) and 29 years as an adjunct college professor (MBA and undergraduate courses). Osburn holds a master’s degree in business administration from Utah State University, a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School held at the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, he holds the professional designation of Certified Credit & Risk Analyst (CCRA) as granted by the National Association of Credit Management (NACM).

Wanda Royse
Wanda Royse founded WR Communication Consultants Inc. because of her strong belief that success in this complex and interactive world demands communication excellence. Working with startups through Fortune 100 companies, Wanda delights in hearing the success of her clients. The advancement in their careers — managers, directors, Vice Presidents, Partners, and C Suite executives — expresses that communication excellence was a key factor in achieving success. Wanda's method developed from many years of experience in fields where “communication was the core,” including directing, choreographing, and performing for theatre productions, broadcast media, and corporate communications. This lead Wanda to Los Angeles where she attended USC, majored in Theatre Arts, and earned her Screen Actors Guild card. Next, the journey was to Northern California where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree at San Jose State University — double major in Theatre Arts and Broadcast Communications. Wanda_FWChrous Realizing how important communication is in the business world, Wanda transitioned her skills into the corporate world. First stop, Atari. As the Manager of Communications for the Research and Development for a team under the leadership of Dr. Alan Kay — a major influence in the technology world — she spent 4 years of organizing press and media interviews, coordinating multi-media presentations, and coaching scientists and engineers for presentations. When most of the team moved over to Apple Computer, Wanda decided to ‘strike out on her own’ and created WR Communication Consultants Inc.
Gina Snyder
Gina Snyder has earned two master’s degrees, in Education, and Career Development. She worked 15 years as a career counselor at Saint Mary's College of California, Moraga. Gina was an instructor at UC Berkeley Extension for 10 years teaching career development to college admissions counselors. Gina is a certified True Colors trainer, Personality Lingo® trainer, and an MBTI® Master Practitioner (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). She uses these personality type tools to help individuals better understand themselves and others, and to foster team building. Gina is also a business etiquette consultant. Her workshops in reception, networking and dining etiquette help companies and individuals understand the importance of manners in developing and enhancing business relationships. Gina served on the Vallejo School board for 12 years. She is a Rotarian and is past president of her local chapter of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization), that offers scholarships for women. She is married to retired surgeon Tom Snyder. They have two sons who are Foreign Service Officers and serve around the world. Gina has worked at US Embassies conducting workshops to promote teamwork between American and local staff. Gina is an enthusiastic trainer! She will follow up with you personally about questions that arise after the workshop.
