Supervisors are expected to generate their own high-quality work and skillfully manage others on their team. This three-day course will enhance your communication skills, improve your ability to supervise, utilize and effectively evaluate staff, and become more accomplished at maintaining client relationships. In addition, review motivation techniques, engagement planning, time management, business consulting services and billing and collection. This course will hone your management skills to take you from expert technician to well-rounded business manager.
