The presentation will include the facts of an actual case and discussion on how to handle various situations.  John Misuraca is the principal for Avalon Advisors, Inc., a business valuation firm located in Laguna Hills.  He has been retained and testified as an expert witness in both civil and divorce proceedings.  Avalon Advisors also provides valuations for fair value, gift & estate, stock transactions between owners and ESOPs.
