Amber Patrice Setter, CPA
Amber Setter is passionate about the development of leaders from the inside out. She is available for speaking engagements, training workshops, and private coaching. Setter coaches leaders at all levels, from staff to partner, and dreams of the day when all organizations will choose to hire coaches for everyone and not just a few executives at the top. With ten years of experience in the public accounting profession, Setter excels in her work with professional services firms, and is inspired by opportunities that advance the development of the whole person rather than just one’s technical proficiencies. Setter has her master’s degree in leadership studies from the University of San Diego and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University. She is a CPA and an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Setter is on the board of trustees of the CalCPA Education Foundation, and is a mentor coach for Accomplishment Coaching.
