With high state taxes and property taxes, many of our clients are subject to the alternative minimum tax. Incentive stock options are a form of compensation for tech workers at start up companies that have alternative minimum tax consequences. The net investment income tax has a complex interplay with the AMT. Michael Gray, CPA will review the highlights of this complex tax.
