When Real Property Apportionment is Not Equal to "Moore/Marsden" - 1.5 CPE, 1.5 MCLE, 1.5 MCLE LS-FL
There has been long time consternation by Experts regarding how case law applies to the apportionment of real property. We are often called with requests to simply prepare a “Moore/Marsden Calculation”. It is rarely this simple. This presentation and discussion will focus on how experts are reacting to apportionment scenarios that are not clearly defined by case law. It will also remind experts of which scenarios have been clearly decided. Presentation to be led by David M. Luboff, Esq., with Jaffe and Clemens.
