PURPOSE: The purpose of this committee is to provide resources and continuing education credits to members of the Los Angeles Chapter of CalCPA and allied professionals in the estate planning area. These resources will be provided by holding technical discussion meetings; providing answers to brief technical questions; and by providing speakers to other Society committees, and members of the Society in the field of estate planning, and by inviting allied professionals inestate planning to participate actively on the committee.
The committee will be managed by a Steering Committee that welcomes active participation by allied professionals. The Steering Committee will plan the committee's format, appoint the officer positions, plan speakers& topics, etc.
