The CalCPA Emerging Leaders certificate program provides a forum to develop critical leadership skills with a network of your peers while gaining exposure to leaders in the profession.
The program starts with a full-day regional conference focused on broad areas of leadership development and is followed by a full-day chapter-based workshop, designed to develop you—the emerging leader.
During this two-day program you’ll delve into pertinent leadership development areas needed to accelerate and elevate your career, including personal leadership fundamentals, navigating the multi-generational workforce, effective decision-making and more.
Through open, honest and collaborative communication, a CalCPA member mentor will guide discussion and provide insight and tips during the chapter-based follow-up session. Plus, with workshop sizes ranging from 10 to 20 CalCPA members, you have the unique opportunity to share and discuss experiences in an intimate and trusting setting.
Be sure to select your chapter session during the registration process.
