CalCPA San Francisco Chapter Elects Charlotte Wall President

Charlotte D. Wall, CPA, of Spott, Lucey & Wall, San Francisco, has been elected president of the San Francisco Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) for 2015 – 16. She succeeds Crickett N. Weaver, CPA, of Autodesk, Sausalito.

The CalCPA San Francisco Chapter serves more than 3,900 members in San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino and Humboldt counties. They offer a broad range of services — from business consulting and personal financial planning to tax and estate planning.

Wall previously served as the chapter’s first vice president. She is a partner in the firm of Spott, Lucey & Wall. She is her firm’s lead specialist in multi-state tax issues for both individuals and businesses. She also manages the firm’s recruiting and staff training programs.

Wall has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Hayward, and a master’s in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Joining Wall on the board of the CalCPA San Francisco Chapter are Michael A. Ray (first vice president) of California Casualty Management, San Mateo; David A. Grisham (second vice president) of Hemming Morse, San Carlos; and Danuta Fitzsimmons (secretary) and Meredith Johnson (treasurer) of Burr Pilger Mayer, San Francisco.
