Come hear first-hand from Scott F. Rebein, Special Agent in Charge from the Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) who will give a general overview of their investigation division, their jurisdiction and the Troubled Asset Relief Programs overseen by his office. In addition, Barry Gilbert, CPA will discuss how to increase tax fraud awareness for the practitioners. Mr. Gilbert provides IRS and FTB audit representation and is sure to provide insightful information.
