After you purchase your coupons you will receive an e-mail confirmation listing serial numbers for each coupon. As you register yourself or members of your firm, click on "Add/Modify Registrants" in your shopping cart to select payment with coupon. You will be required to enter the coupon serial number at checkout.
Terms and Conditions• Coupon sales are nonrefundable. All sales are final.• Coupons are valid for live events and webcasts one year from date of purchase (eg, Coupon purchased Feb. 1, 2009, expires Feb. 1, 2010). • Coupon users must register in advance for all classes and webcasts. Registration is on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. We encourage you to register at least three weeks before each event to help ensure you secure a seat.• Coupon users who need to cancel or transfer their registration must notify the Foundation three business days before the event. After that time, you will be charged a $125 cancellation fee. No-shows will be required to surrender the coupon that was used to register for the event.
• Add-on fees will not be refunded for no shows.
