• An elearning pass is nontransferable, except if a firm or organization pays for an employees elearning pass, and prior to use, the employee leaves the firm/business, the elearning pass may be transferred to another employee at the purchasing firm/business. • All elearning pass sales are nonrefundable. All sales are final. • An elearning pass is valid for 40 hours of webcasts and online CPE one year from date of purchase (eg, purchased Feb. 1, 2010, expires Feb. 1, 2011). The elearning pass is nontransferable. • Elearning pass users must register in advance for all webcasts. Registration is on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.
