Katie Weibert
Katie Weibert is a Talent Development Consultant at Ernst & Young. Katie joined the firm in 2000 after graduating from San Francisco State University. She loves learning and appreciates the many "hats" she's worn within the Human Resources team throughout the years. Her areas of focus include cultivating effective team dynamics, leadership development and diversity & inclusion. Katie has enjoyed working with EY’s large global account teams, smaller private engagement teams, and core administrative teams to bring their performance and teaming to the next level. Everyone in our firm has a voice and Katie loves being able to draw that out whether through team conversations or through her work consulting with our internal affinity networks. Outside of work, Katie relishes quality time with her husband Tom and their four children and two dogs which can include hikes, picnics, cooking or watching a movie together.
