While a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Phil served as managing partner of the firm's transaction support (mergers & acquisitions) practice for the U.S. West Region, U.S. corporate finance liason with Japan and later as managing partner of the firm's Century City, California office. Phil was awarded his Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, majoring in management and accounting. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in finance. While at the University of Pennsylvania, he also received a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political pcience from the College of Arts and Sciences. Kathy A. Johnson is a partner at CPA Forensics Plus, LLP and an adjunct professor at California State University, San Bernardino and the University of Redlands. Johnson is a CPA, CFF, CGMA and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.

Prior to her partnership in CPA Forensics Plus, Johnson was vice president of finance for the Los Angeles Newspaper Group (Inland Division) where she gained professional experiences in roles including financial reporting, planning and analysis, operating and capital budgets (coordination and analysis), corporate governance and financial forecasting (to include profitability analysis and oversight of the month-end closing process). Additionally, Johnson assumed roles of financial leadership for divisional plans and proposals with financial implications, as well as active involvement in identifying and analyzing business improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.

Johnson’s expertise is in family, civil and probate litigation support, cash flow, business valuation, business consulting and business and personal tax preparation and advisory services. She is chair of the AICPA Controllers Conference Planning Committee, vice chair of CalCPA, and chair of the Estate Planning Committee and Forensic Accounting Committee of the Inland Empire Chapter of CalCPA.

David L Osburn
David L. Osburn, CCRA is the founder of Osburn & Associates, LLC, a business training and contract CFO firm that provides seminars, webinars and keynote speeches on topics such as banking/finance/credit, negotiations, marketing and management. His contract CFO clients’ include medical practitioners, real estate developers and financial institutions. His extensive professional background of 30 years includes 16 years in banking (commercial lending including loan underwriting, collections, management and customer development) and 29 years as an adjunct college professor (MBA and undergraduate courses). Osburn holds a master’s degree in business administration from Utah State University, a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School held at the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, he holds the professional designation of Certified Credit & Risk Analyst (CCRA) as granted by the National Association of Credit Management (NACM).

Gina Snyder has earned two master’s degrees, in Education, and Career Development. She worked 15 years as a career counselor at Saint Mary's College of California, Moraga. Gina was an instructor at UC Berkeley Extension for 10 years teaching career development to college admissions counselors. Gina is a certified True Colors trainer, Personality Lingo® trainer, and an MBTI® Master Practitioner (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). She uses these personality type tools to help individuals better understand themselves and others, and to foster team building. Gina is also a business etiquette consultant. Her workshops in reception, networking and dining etiquette help companies and individuals understand the importance of manners in developing and enhancing business relationships. Gina served on the Vallejo School board for 12 years. She is a Rotarian and is past president of her local chapter of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization), that offers scholarships for women. She is married to retired surgeon Tom Snyder. They have two sons who are Foreign Service Officers and serve around the world. Gina has worked at US Embassies conducting workshops to promote teamwork between American and local staff.
