Sevan Gorginian, Esq
Sevan Gorginian recently opened his own office in Glendale focusing on business and individual bankruptcies. Mr. Gorginian is also an associate professor of bankruptcy law and an adjunct professor of business law. Prior to launching his own practice, he worked at a national firm with over 400+ attorneys where he was involved in complex issues involving tax disputes with the FTB and IRS in a bankruptcy reorganization context. Mr. Gorginian has also worked in the chambers of a federal bankruptcy judge including the appellate panel at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gorginian has received numerous accolades for his teaching methods and earned the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Honor. Mr. Gorginian is also currently coauthoring a book on business organizations and its implications with tax issues involving dissolution of corporations and professional corporations.
