Partner - Deloitte I practice in the Deloitte Business Tax Services group with extensive experience providing tax consulting services to clients in the technology, life sciences, aerospace & defense, and manufacturing industries. I served as the Deloitte regional champion for Section 199 domestic production activity deduction services for several years. I specialize in tax planning and compliance services for complex, high-growth multinational and multistate companies. My areas of focus include corporate tax planning, multistate tax planning, international tax, mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring and ASC 740. I am actively involved in the marketplace through Deloitte Growth Enterprise Services programs and lead the OC Private Company CFO Forum.
Katie M. Williams
Katie Williams works with the IRS in Communications and Liaison/Senior Stakeholder Liaison. She has worked for the IRS for over 30 years in the Taxpayer Advocate’s Office, as a Revenue Agent, Tax Auditor, and currently as a liaison with tax professional and small business organizations. Katie is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also worked on the IRS Redesign Team for a year and a half in Washington, D.C.
