About Mr. Alfredo Ramirez:  Alfredo is the Technical Audit Policy Advisor for the FTB’s National Business Audit.  He has worked at the FTB since 1987, and has held a number of positions in the Audit Division primarily in the FTB’s Houston Field Office, Technical Resource Section and National Business Audit - Sacramento.  He currently assists external stakeholders, staff & management as a subject matter expert in a variety of topics. He consults on an
array of issues designed to make the audit process more efficient and less evasive by recommending strategic changes that ensure the department’s efficient and consistent administration of the California Revenue and Taxation
laws.
