Dr Vivek Mande
Vivek Mande, Ph.D., is the director for the Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance (CCRG), which organizes SEC financial reporting training conferences for boards of directors, audit committees, auditors and accountants in Los Angeles. In addition to being a professor at California State University, Fullerton, he has been a SOX consultant on 404 issues. He also has provided training to foreign private issuers wishing to take their firms public in the United States. In 2001-2002, he was the academic fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Mande is the author of Accounting for Share Based Compensation, a 200-page portfolio published by BNA Tax and Accounting. He has been quoted in numerous newspapers and articles published by such publications as KPMG's Audit Committee Insight and Compliance Week. His analysis of executive compensation was a front-page story in the Orange County Register in the summer of 2006. He has made presentations on United States accounting issues such countries as Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, India, Germany and Singapore.
