The use and knowledge of Cost Segregation is growing more widespread state & nationwide. The 2015 PATH Act changed the horizon of depreciating Real Property in many aspects. With an understanding of what changes were made - planning and actual  savings opportunities will increase and clients will be able to maximize their depreciation benefits available to them.
