What is your New Year's resolution? According to Statista, the most popular U.S. New Year's resolution from 2022 was to exercise more. Closely followed by the resolution to eat healthier. What's your guess: will 2023's popular resolutions be exercise and healthy eating related as well? Sounds like we are all making resolutions based on having a really wonderful holiday season!
Planning experts advise us to make realistic New Year's resolutions; no surprise there! Some other planning tips: fill in your calendar with essential commitments, declutter your closet and home, and learn something new. Make a plan, but be realistic! It's important to give yourself grace when life does not go as planned.
