Accounting Opportunities Experience at American River College

I hope this bulletin finds you well. My name is Brandon Holland and I am excited for the opportunity to be the Chapter President for this fiscal year. My theme for the year is, “Bringing Value”. Value is relative and our membership is diverse so you will see variety in our programming as we aim to bring value to chapter membership. Whether hosting our ABC Mixers, community service events, or working with professors and teachers on the local campuses to help build the pipeline, we are focused on bringing value.

The year is off to a good start as we have already had a great event this month. Last week we had our Spring ABC Mixer at the SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity (MOSAC). Shout-out to our many wonderful sponsors who made the night a success along with a very special thank you to our Platinum Level sponsors Wagner Kirkman Blaine Klomparens & Youmans LLP and JP Morgan Chase Commercial Banking of Sacramento. Our next ABC event will be in the fall, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the event. Details will be published soon.
